ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JULY 10, 2013 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2013 -19 <br />11:13 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Edgar Vazquez, Pamela Sapetto and Martin Sapetto, Applicants; <br />Pierre DesJardins, Bryan Leighton, Oliver Huerta and Jose Solorio, Supporters; Vince <br />Fregoso, Principal Planner; Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. Fregoso presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />The Police Department noted Condition No. 20 that the parking and lighting standards be up to <br />code prior to the issuance of a letter of approval to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. A <br />condition was also added to prohibit alcoholic beverage consumption off the premises. <br />Discussion ensued regarding live entertainment and the Police Department provided <br />clarification. <br />The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicants agreed to all of the conditions.
