ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JANUARY 30, 2012 <br />MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2011 -02 <br />2:05 p.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Bill Christopher, Sheila Gershon, Cynthia Ribeiro and David <br />Callahan, Applicants; Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Bill Christopher provided a brief background on the project and stated their agreement <br />to all of the conditions. <br />Discussion was held regarding potential parking impacts should a different school <br />occupy the property which resulted in the amendment of two conditions. Planning <br />Condition No. 2 was modified to include a review of the minor exception if a change in <br />school occupancy or use occurred; and Planning Condition No. 3 was modified to <br />require an annual parking analysis for five years. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2011 -02 <br />with amended conditions. <br />The hearing adjourned at 2:25 p.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />nnr\zaWnutest2012\i -30 -12 ME 11 -02 Holistic Institute. min <br />
