ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 15, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -01 <br />10:36 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Tai Pham and Robert Pham, Applicants; Ali Pezeshkpour, <br />Planning Intern; Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Ali Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mike McCoy noted Police Condition Nos. 20 & 21 and stated that the lighting inspection <br />be scheduled and finalized prior to the issuance of Letter of Approval to the Alcohol <br />Beverage Control Board. <br />Sergio Klotz referred to Planning Condition No. 7 and inquired if alcohol will be served <br />on the patio. The applicants stated the patio will not be used and is not part of the <br />restaurant's floor plan.
