ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />APRIL 10, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -06 <br />10:38 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Carlos Guaman, Applicant; Ali Pezeshkpour, Planning Intern; <br />Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Ali Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mike McCoy noted Police Condition No. 15 and separated the review period <br />requirement from the lighting standards requirement and numbered it as Police <br />Condition No. 23. <br />The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicant has reviewed and agreed to all of the <br />conditions. Carlos Guaman stated his agreement to all of the conditions. <br />The Zoning Administrator stated the applicant is in compliance but noted sign violations <br />at the center the business is located in. Granting of a conditional use permit requires <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code compliance. Since the conditional use permit is issued to <br />the property and not the business, the item was continued to address code violations <br />with the property owner before the Zoning Administrator makes a decision. <br />The Zoning Administrator continued Conditional Use Permit No. 2012 -06 to <br />May 1, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the City Hall Ross Annex, Second Floor Conference Room <br />2001, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701. <br />The hearing adjourned at 11:05 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mr\za\rniwles\2012 \4 -10 -12 CUP 1206 La Tablila ABC. min <br />
