ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />MAY 1, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -06 <br />10:39 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Ali Pezeshkpour, Planning Intern; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; <br />and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. Pezeshkpour gave a staff presentation indicating the applicant's request for <br />continuance. Discussion was held regarding the length of time for the continuance. Mr. <br />Pezeshkpour summarized code violations on the site and status of compliance. <br />Attempts to reach the property owner has been unsuccessful. <br />The Zoning Administrator stated he will continue the matter for 30 days, allowing staff <br />time to contact the property owner and to send Code Enforcement to the site to resolve <br />outstanding violations and comply with code. <br />The Zoning Administrator continued Conditional Use Permit No. 2012 -06 to <br />June 5, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the City Hall Ross Annex, Second Floor Conference <br />Room 2001, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:52 a.m. <br />1 1 <br />Jocelyn Ma Ilona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mnza \m inules\2012 \5 -1 -12 CUP 12 -06 La Tablita ABC. min <br />
