ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JUNE 5, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -06 <br />10:32 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Ali Pezeshkpour, Planning Intern; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; <br />and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Mr. Pezeshkpour presented a letter from Juan Barrios of La Tablita withdrawing the <br />ABC application and a letter from the property owner stating they no longer support La <br />Tablita's conditional use permit request. <br />The Zoning Administrator accepted the request and withdrew the application for <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2012 -06 at the applicant's request. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:35 a.m <br />Jocelyn Mag Iona <br />Recording Secretary <br />m0zalminules1201216 -5 -12 CUP12 -06 La Tablita ABC.min <br />
