ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JULY 25, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -15 <br />11:34 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Dominic Pak, Can Quach and Shatna Odish, Applicants; <br />Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; Eileen Greene and Monica Hernandez, Police <br />Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />The Police Department amended Police Condition 14 to include the entire parking lot <br />and the lighting within 120 feet from the front of the restaurant curb must conform to <br />code. Discussion and clarification ensued regarding the condition. <br />The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicant understood and agreed to all of the <br />conditions.
