ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JULY 25, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -09 <br />10:39 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Nick Adashi, Etsuko Kono, Chihori Miki and Shatha Odish, <br />Applicants; Ali Pezeshkpour, Planning Intern; Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; Eileen <br />Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicant has read and agreed to the conditions <br />of approval.
