ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />AUGUST 15, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -12 <br />10:39 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Bob Quinn and Jarred Dooley, Applicants; Darren Shippen, <br />Morrison Neighborhood Resident; Yolanda Lawler, Downtown Inc.; Hally Soboleske, <br />Associate Planner; Eileen Greene and Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, <br />City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Ms. Soboleske presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />Mr. Shippen and Ms. Lawler stated their support for the project. <br />Police Condition 21 was amended to allow alcohol service inside the establishment until <br />2:00 a.m. and until 1:30 a.m. in the patio. <br />Police Condition 22 was added that prohibits a fixed bar or lounge area for the sole <br />purpose of sales, service and consumption of alcohol. <br />Discussion and clarification was made regarding the floor plan, drop safe and employee <br />presence at the patio area. <br />The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicant understood and agreed to all of the <br />conditions.
