ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 10, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -07 <br />10:40 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Carlos Madriles and Miguel Ibarra, Applicants; Vince Fregoso, <br />Principal Planner; Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. Fregoso presented the staff report and added a condition stating should Karmina <br />downsize and allow new tenant space, the new tenants will have to apply for separate <br />entitlements /license. <br />The Police Department noted there were no significant calls for service at the location <br />from January 2011 to the present. A police condition was also added to indicate that <br />food must be made available in conjunction with the sale of alcohol at the bar. <br />Carlos Madriles stated his understanding and agreement to all of the conditions when <br />asked by the Zoning Administrator. <br />Discussion and clarification followed regarding the proposed patio and public right -of- <br />way. The Zoning Administrator requested further information and that the Public Works <br />Agency verify the public right -of -way measurements and requirements. <br />The Zoning Administrator continued the amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2011 -07 to October 31, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the City Hall Ross Annex, Second Floor <br />Conference Room 2001, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701. <br />The hearing adjourned at 11:20 a.m. <br />Jocelyn IV agalona^ <br />Recording Secretary <br />mr\za \minutes \2012110 -10 -12 CUP11 -07 Karmina ABC. min <br />
