ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 14, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -23 <br />10:36 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Brian Dauk and Hoc Nguyen, Applicants; Ann Ni, Associate <br />Planner; Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn <br />Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Ms. Ni presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />The Zoning Administrator referred to Police Condition No. 17 and deleted the portion <br />regarding the issuance of a Letter of Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board <br />since it is already referenced in Police Condition No. 18. <br />The applicants stated their understanding and agreement to all of the conditions. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2012 -23 as conditioned. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:45 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magal na <br />Recording Secretary <br />mdzalminules\2012 \11 -14 -12 CUP 12-23 Pho Asian GO ABC.min <br />
