ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 19, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -28 <br />10:52 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner; Eileen Greene, Police <br />Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Vince Fregoso stated the project has concerned neighbors and requested the item be <br />continued. <br />There were no written communications. <br />The Zoning Administrator continued Conditional Use Permit No. 2012 -28 to a date <br />uncertain. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:54 a.m. <br />Jocelyn M galona <br />Recording Secretary <br />m0za\minules@012U2-19 -12 CUP 12 -28 La Plaza Markel ABC. min <br />
