ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 14, 2011 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2009 -22 <br />10:41 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Maria Diaz, Applicant; Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; Ali <br />Pezeshkpour, Planning Intern, Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; <br />Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Verny Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Police Condition 5 was modified to add acoustic musicians. <br />It was noted that the applicant had no violations and is in compliance with all conditions <br />The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicant understood and agreed with the <br />conditions.
