ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />• MINUTES <br />MARCH 9, 2011 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -01 <br />9:57 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Deok Jae Lee and Paul Jeon, Applicants; Vince Fregoso, <br />Principal Planner; Yolanda Pena and Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, <br />City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and recornmendation for approval with <br />conditions. <br />An email was received from David R. Fried, property owner, in support of the project. <br />Police Condition 11 was modified to reflect the removal of graffiti within 24 hours of <br />being applied.
