ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />MARCH 2, 2011 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -02 <br />10:35 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Rob Eres, Applicant; Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner; Mike <br />McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />There were no written communications. <br />The conditions of approval was discussed and clarified with modifications made to <br />Police Conditions 1 and 12; and the deletion of Police Condition 2.
