ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />MARCH 23, 2011 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -03 <br />10:36 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Sergio Ponce and Scott Kavthekar, Applicants; Lucy Linnaus, <br />Senior Planner; Yolanda Pena, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Lucy Linnaus presented the staff report and recommendation for approval with <br />conditions. <br />Police Condition 19 was divided into two conditions to separate the review period from <br />the lighting standards condition, and the amended Police Condition 21 was modified to <br />reflect that the lighting standards be complied with prior to the issuance of Letter of <br />Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board.
