ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />APRIL 27, 2011 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -07 <br />10:36 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Adolfo Lopez, Applicant; Raul Yanez, Mi Moda; Vince <br />Fregoso, Principal Planner; Yolanda Pena and Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan <br />Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and recommendation for approval with <br />conditions. <br />There were no written communications. <br />The applicant stated the restaurant will remain open until midnight. <br />Police Condition No. 16 was modified to indicate Planning Condition No. 3 must be <br />is complied with prior to the issuance of a Letter of Approval to the ABC Board.
