• ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />AUGUST 31, 2011 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -08 <br />10:35 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Sherrie Olson, Applicant; Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; <br />Yolanda Pena and Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Verny Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation for approval with <br />conditions. <br />Verny Carvajal received three phone calls: Pamela Fodor and Lucy Indrikis in <br />opposition to the project and Joe Lopez with concerns to nearby schools. <br />Mike McCoy stated Police Condition 20 meets the standards and is ready with the <br />issuance of the Letter of Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board. <br />• Mr. Klotz inquired if the applicant has read and agreed to the conditions. Ms. Olson <br />stated they will abide with all of the conditions. She also provided copies of conditions <br />placed by the ABC Board. <br />Mr. Klotz addressed Ms. Fodor, Ms. Indrikis and Mr. Lopez's concerns regarding <br />outdoor sales and consumption, noise, graffiti, live entertainment, public intoxication, <br />vandalism and school proximity and stated conditions are in place to address these <br />concerns. <br />After clarifying the appeal period, the Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution <br />approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2011 -08 as conditioned. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:50 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mr\za\minutes\2011 \8 -31 -11 CUP11 -08 Wingstop ABC.min <br />40 <br />
