ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 16, 2011 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -11 <br />10:57 a.m. <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City <br />Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Carlos Guaman, Applicant; Hally Soboleske, Associate <br />Planner; Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn <br />Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Hally Soboleske presented the staff report and recommendation for approval with <br />conditions for a Type 41 ABC license. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. McCoy clarified Police Condition Nos. 17 and 18 regarding the lighting standards <br />and issuance of Letter of Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board. <br />Mr. Fregoso inquired if the applicant is in agreement with the conditions.
