ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 30, 2011 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -23 <br />10:32 a.m. <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City <br />Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Mike Stockstill, Robert Esparza and Hector Silva, Applicants; <br />Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; <br />Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Verny Carvajal provided an update. <br />There were no written communications. <br />The Zoning Administrator asked the applicants if they read and agreed with the <br />conditions. Mr. Silva stated their agreement with all the conditions. <br />Mr. Silva provided a letter showing staff's completion of an alcohol sales training <br />program presented by the Los Angeles Police Department. Mr. McCoy clarified they <br />need a copy of the company's security practices and employee training manual on <br />alcohol sales prior to the December 12, 2011 Planning Commission meeting. <br />Mr. McCoy also referred to Police Condition 19 and stated that the lighting inspection be <br />scheduled and finalized prior to the Planning Commission meeting. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2011 -23 as conditioned. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:38 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Ma - alona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mr\za \m inutes\2011 \11 -30 -11 CUP 11 -23 Northgate ABC. min <br />
