ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />• <br />MAY 25, 2011 <br />RESIDENTIAL RELOCATION NO. 2011 -01 <br />10:33 a.m. <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Acting Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the <br />City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Shelly Landry- Bayle, Housing Manager; Jorge Beceia and <br />Dottie Brown, Residents; Lucy Linnaus, Senior Planner; Joseph Straka, City Attorney; <br />and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Lucy Linnaus presented the staff report and recommendation for approval with added <br />conditions that state any amendment to the residential relocation permit must be <br />submitted to the Planning Division for review; and the future owner shall post a <br />Completion of Bond prior to close of escrow transferring ownership. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Discussion and clarification was held regarding the relocation and plans for the site. <br />0 The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Residential Relocation No. <br />2011 -01 with added conditions. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:48 a.m. <br />Jocelyrj!Magalo a <br />Recording Secretary <br />mr\za \minutes\2011 \5 -25 -11 RR11 -01 602 E 6th. min <br />• <br />
