ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 27, 2010 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2010 -22 <br />10:35 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: George Bardossas and Victor Burrola, Applicants; Lucy <br />Linnaus, Senior Planner; Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; <br />and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Lucy Linnaus presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Mr. Klotz inquired if the applicant has read and agreed to the conditions. Mr. Burrola <br />stated he read the entire report and agreed with the conditions. <br />Discussion was held regarding after hours and outdoor service. Mr. Klotz clarified that if <br />the applicant wants to operate after hours or have outdoor service in the future, they <br />would need to submit an application and go through a separate process.
