ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 2010 <br />MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2010 -01 <br />10:40 a.m. <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Acting Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the <br />City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Randy Dettmer Applicant; Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Verny Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Mr. Dettmer provided an overview of the project request <br />Mr. Fregoso asked for clarification of where on the site the loitering is occurring. <br />Discussion ensued regarding other options besides the fencing, the addition of pilasters <br />and additional lighting. <br />Mr. Fregoso added three conditions: move the fence back 10 feet from the property line <br />at First and Lacy Streets; install split face block pilasters at 50 feet on center; and work <br />out any deviation with the Planning Division. <br />The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. <br />2010 -01 with modified conditions. <br />The hearing adjourned at 11:07 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mrVoning administration \minutes \2010 \9 -23 -10 ME10 -01 E Jardin Fence <br />
