ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />AUGUST 25, 2010 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2010 -13 <br />10:34 a.m. <br />Vince Fregoso, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Melodie Vernet, Applicant; Mark Rivera, Property Owner; <br />Ryan Hodge, Deputy City Attorney; Lucy Linnaus, Senior Planner; and Jocelyn <br />Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Lucy Linnaus presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. Rivera who owns property at 902 - 904'/2 Cypress Avenue stated he likes the project <br />but noted his concern regarding the safety and well being of the residents. <br />Mr. Fregoso referred to the conditions. Discussion followed regarding the fence, gates <br />and lighting. <br />Mr. Fregoso explained the reason for remanding the project to the Planning <br />Commission.
