Truxaw and Associates Is uniquely qualified to provide these services for the <br />following reasons: <br />• Recent and relevant experience with exactly the same services requested in the RFP, <br />• 40 years of consistent and favorable working relationships with City of Santa Ana staff <br />and management, <br />• Successfully completed over 180 civil engineering, land surveying, slid mapping projects <br />within the City, <br />• Professional land surveyors and engineers with expertise in the requirements expected <br />by the Public Works Department and Construction Engineering Division, <br />• Nearby office within 10 minutes of Santa Ana City Nall, <br />• Will serve the City on short notice and acknowledge that time is of the essence to the <br />City in the performance of our duties for the requested services, <br />Joseph G.
