<br />Minimum bedroom ceiling height is 7'6" or local code, whichever is greater. Sloping <br />ceilings may not slope to lower than five feet in a 70 square foot area. <br /> Exteriors <br />Street numbers must be present and visible from the street. <br />Graffiti must be removed or painted over if located on the structure or fence. <br />Pools must be in good condition or filled with water or sand.
