AGMT NO. 2014 -087 - ON -CALL ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DESIGN <br />SERVICES - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with Mullen and Associates, Inc., subject to <br />non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney, for a one -year term expiring March 31, 2015, with the option <br />to extend for two additional one -year terms by written authorization <br />of the City Manager and the City Attorney, for a maximum of three <br />years, in an amount not to exceed $300,000. <br />25G.
