CONTINUING MAINTENANCE. <br />Licensee's Responsibilities: <br />During the term of this Agreement and subject to approval by Licensee, <br />Licensee agrees to serve as a reference for the Software. Such references may <br />include activities such as (i) reference calls with mutually acceptable <br />prospects; (ii)' a published "success story" describing the partnership with <br />Licensor; (iii) the use of Licensee's name in Licensor marketing activities; or <br />(iv) a favorable reference of Licensor to an industry analyst or at an industry <br />conference. <br />Licensor's Responsibilities: <br />Licensor will provide remote application support and updates in accordance <br />with the Subscription, Support and Maintenance Agreement. <br />Coplogic — DORS Setup and License Ageement 16 <br />
