N-2014-045 <br />SAP 00) <br />Sara w.% on <br />orange County <br />Ommunit <br />Foundation <br />Amendment <br />to the <br />Santa Ana Police Athletic & Activity League Fund <br />A Non - Endowed Project Fund <br />at the <br />Orange County Community Foundation <br />This amendment to the Santa Ana Police Athletic & Activity League Fund is made <br />this day of April 20.1 between the Santa Ana Police Athletic & Activity League, a <br />program of the Santa Ana Police Department (hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Founders ") and the Orange County Community Foundation, a California non - profit <br />corporation (the "Community Foundation ") as follows: <br />The Advisors to the fund shall consist of the Santa Ana Chief of Police (currently Carlos <br />Rojas, Acting Chief of Police), the Santa Ana City Manager (currently David Cavazos), <br />and the Director of the Santa Ana Police Athletic & Activity League (currently Kenney <br />Aguilar). <br />The Director of the Santa Ana Police Athletic & Activity and either the Santa Ana Chief <br />of Police or Santa Ana City Manager may from time to time make suggestions to the <br />Community Foundation concerning grants from the Fund in accordance with the <br />Donor - Advised Fund Policies and Procedures of the Community Foundation. <br />93 <br />R <br />In <br />Kenney A4dilar, AAL Director <br />Shelley Htoss esident <br />Orange Goun Community Foundation <br />rid <br />MARIA D.
