In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is categorically exempt per Section 15303(a) as it is a proposed <br />second dwelling unit on a residentially zoned property. Environmental <br />Review No. 2013 -106 will be filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves <br />Minor Exception No. 2013 -02.
