NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM 2 (NSP2) SUBSTANTIAL <br />AMENDMENT TO REVISE THE TARGET GEOGRAPHY AREA TO <br />EXPEND $10 MILLION PREVIOUSLY AWARDED TO THE CITY FOR <br />THE PURCHASE OF FORECLOSED OR ABANDONED PROPERTIES - <br />Community Development Agency <br />MOTION: Approve a substantial amendment to the Neighborhood <br />Stabilization Program 2 Application revising the Neighborhood <br />Stabilization Program 2 Target Geography Area, and authorize its <br />submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development. <br />29B. AUTHORIZE CITY MANAGER TO EXERCISE OPTION TO RENEW <br />CONTRACTS ON PREVIOUSLY APPROVED AGREEMENTS - City <br />Manager's Office <br />MOTION: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager to exercise the options to renew as <br />provided for in the agreements identified in the List of Contracts, <br />(Exhibit A). <br />2.
