RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />Pursuant to the Brown Act, the December 11, 2006 Agenda for the Regular <br />Meeting was posted on the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza on December 7, 2006 at 2:37 p.m. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter posting into the minutes. <br /> <br />C. MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2006-07 (Hally Soboleske) <br /> <br /> Filed by Yvette Aguilar requesting to allow a second dwelling that exceeds the <br />city’s standards and to allow a legal nonconforming front yard setback in the <br />Single Family Residential (R1) zoning district located at 710 Grovemont Avenue. <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Confirm the Zoning Administrator’s action approving Minor Exception No. 2006- <br />07.
