RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />Pursuant to the Brown Act, the May 27, 2008 Agenda for the Regular Meeting <br />was posted on the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic Center Plaza <br />on May 23, 2008 at 8:26 a.m. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter posting into the minutes. <br /> <br />C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2008-08 (Carlos Rodriguez) <br /> <br />Filed by Lorena Chaparro, to allow a Type 41 ABC license, for on-sale beer and wine, <br />at Las Brisas Restaurant at 719 East First Street, Suite A, located in the Arterial <br />Commercial (C5) zoning district. <br />
