THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />LOSSES REDEFINED TO INCLUDE ALLOCATED LOSS ADJUSTMENT EXPENSES <br />ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />SPECIFIC EXCESS WORKERS COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYERS LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY <br />PART FIVE — DEFINITIONS, E. "Loss(es)" is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following: <br />E. "Loss(es)" means any payments for benefits required to be paid by you under the "Workers <br />Compensation Law" or any payments for damages arising out of "bodily injury by accident" or <br />"bodily injury by disease" covered either by PART ONE or PART TWO of this policy. "Loss(es)" <br />include "allocated loss adjustment expenses". <br />2.
