2nd Priority- Arterial Catch Basin Connector Pipe Screen Installation <br />Project, Phase 2 <br />3rd Priority - High Density Catch Basin Connector Pipe Screen <br />Installation Project <br />Section 3: The City Council authorizes the Executive Director of the <br />Public Works Agency to submit applications to the OCTA for Measure M2 <br />Environmental Cleanup Program funding in the amount of Two Hundred <br />Thousand Dollars ($200,000), for each of the priority 1 and 2 projects, and an <br />application for ECP funding in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000), for the 3rd priority project, to reduce /remove trash from urban runoff. <br />Section 4: The City Council appoints the Executive Director of the <br />Public Works Agency or his designee, as agent for the City of Santa Ana to <br />conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents, as well as <br />applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests and related <br />documents, which may be necessary for the completion of the project(s). <br />Section 5: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its <br />adoption by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and <br />certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br />Resolution No. 2014 -018 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
