However, general project delays or changes can occur. Our mid -sized organization provides direct communication with the principal who can instantly solve and redirect staff if necessary. The Kiley Company team is also able to confidently take on various types of appraisals, ranging from smaller assignments to larger and more complicated assignments due to the level of experience of our principal appraiser, Elizabeth M. Kiley, MAI. She and her team have completed a wide range of valuations for acquisition and right-of-way services and feel comfortable managing multiple assignments concurrently.
