AMENDMENT NO, 1 TO <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C -1 -3022 <br />1 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed that Agreement No. C -1 -3022 is <br />2 hereby amended in the following particulars only: <br />3 1. Amend Page 1 of 14, to delete lines 6 -7 in their entirety. <br />4 2. Amend Page 1 of 14, lines 15 -16 to delete in their entirety and in lieu thereof, insert <br />s "Cities of Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, and Santa Ana (hereinafter referred to as the <br />6 "Participating Agencies "). <br />7 3. Amend Page 2 of 14, lines 17 -18 to delete "Ninety -Eight Thousand, Sixty -Four <br />s Dollars ($98,064.00)" and in lieu thereof, insert "Eighty Thousand, Two Hundred Twenty -One Dollars <br />9 ($80,221.00) ". <br />10 4. Amend Page 3 of 14, to delete lines 7 -8 in their entirety. <br />11 5. Amend ARTICLE 9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS, page 8 of 14, Paragraph A, to <br />12 delete "September 30, 2014 ", as the expiration date of the Agreement and in lieu thereof, insert <br />13 "June 30, 2016 ". <br />14 6, Amend Page 11 of 14, lines 11 -18 to delete the notices section for the State of <br />is California in its entirety. <br />16 7.
