C -1 -3024 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed that Agreement No. C -1 -3024 is <br />hereby amended in the following particulars only: <br />1. Amend Page 1 of 17, to delete lines 6 -7 in their entirety. <br />2. Amend Page 1 of 17, lines 15 -16 to delete in their entirety and in lieu thereof, insert <br />AUTHORITY"), and the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Orange, Placentia, and Tustin (hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Participating Agencies ")." <br />3. Amend Page 2 of 17, lines 17 -18 to delete "One Hundred, Seventy Thousand, Eight <br />Hundred Dollars ($170,800.00)" and in lieu thereof, insert "One Hundred, Forty -Seven Thousand, <br />Forty Dollars ($147,040.00) ". <br />4. Amend Page 3 of 17, to delete lines 12 -13 in their entirety. <br />5. Amend ARTICLE 9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS, page 8 of 17, Paragraph A, to <br />delete "September 30, 2014 ", as the expiration date of the Agreement and in lieu thereof, insert <br />"June 30, 2016 ". <br />6. Amend Page 11 of 17, lines 11 -18 to delete the notices section for the State of <br />California in its entirety. <br />7.
