fixtures and equipment matters, such as assistance in discovery, reviewing other appraisals, and preparing <br />direct and rebuttal testimony. <br />B Task Completion Approach <br />Our approach to the appraisal process is thorough, collaborative, and professional. Our appraisers <br />recognize the importance of a detailed approach to any assignment, and are cognizant of our role as <br />representing our clients. We work closely with agency staff and their attorneys in order to keep all parties <br />apprised of the status of our appraisal projects <br />C Seguential Outline <br />DM&A's work will encompass steps including, but not limited to, the following: <br />• Communications with City management to ascertain the scope of the assignment (Marcus Pigrom <br />will communicate with all parties); <br />• Coordination with relocation agents, acquisition agents and attorneys (Marcus Pigrom will handle <br />all coordination); <br />Scheduling a site inspection convenient to the business' owners and management (Marcus Pigrom <br />will handle all site inspection scheduling); <br />• Preparing a complete inventory of the assets at the subject business location. This inventory <br />includes a description of the assets as well as observation of their age, condition, and method of <br />installation, if any (Marcus Pigrom and Coy Wiles and/or Enno Palm -Leis will prepare the <br />inventory of the assets); <br />• Review of any documentation pertaining to the assets provided by the business owner and/or <br />manager, such as invoices, depreciation schedules, and construction contracts (Marcus Pigrom <br />will cavy out all documentation review); <br />• Interviewing business owners and/or managers (Marcus Pigrom will conduct all owner <br />interviews); <br />17 <br />
