Budgetary estimates can generally be completed within 15 to 20 days. <br />E. Quality, Budget and Schedule Control <br />Our collaborative business approach allows DM&A to have a level of quality control and responsiveness that is <br />unique in our market. DM&A's appraisal review process is thorough and involves oversight by firm partners. <br />Budgets and schedules are closely monitored, and appropriate management controls have been implemented to <br />maximize employee productivity. DM&A's delivery record of projects on time and within budget is evidence of <br />the firm's superior quality control. <br />F. Special Issues <br />DM&A has not identified any special issues at this time. <br />G.
