EXHIBIT A <br />Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No 2014 -05 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2014 -05 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the California Building Standards <br />Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. All proposed site improvements, including all landscaping as shown on the <br />site plan, must conform to the Site Plan review approval of DP No. 2013- <br />29. <br />2. A new six -foot high decorative block wall shall be constructed along the <br />east and southern property lines for the new parcel included as part of the <br />Boys and Girls Club. <br />3. The operator /owner shall remove any graffiti occurring on the premises <br />within 24 hours. <br />4. The Boys and Girls Club shall install and maintain bicycle parking as <br />required by Section 41- 1307.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />5.
