VIII. COORDINATION <br />Coordination by the awarded proposer with the City, other contractors, and agencies will <br />be required to achieve satisfactory and timely delivery of the required services. <br />Coordination may include, but not be limited to, coordination with neighborhood and civic <br />groups, local and /or state agency boards, and attendance at City Commission, Agency, <br />and Council meetings,. <br />The City will decide the manner in which the coordination efforts with be conducted. At the <br />City's option, coordination efforts may be performed by the proposer's direct contact, by <br />the proposer acting through the City or by the City only. When coordination efforts require <br />agreements, such agreements shall be coordinated through the City. <br />IX. PROPOSER RESPONSIBILITIES <br />X. <br />The selected proposer will assume responsibilities for all services in its proposal. The <br />selected proposer shall identify a sole point of contact with the greatest knowledge in <br />regard to the required service operations and contractual matters, including payment of <br />any and all charges resulting from the Agreement. <br />In accordance with Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, the City has <br />determined that the proposer shall possess a valid California C27 Contractor's license. <br />XI. INITIATION /KICK OFF MEETING <br />The successful proposer will be required to meet with City staff prior to commencement of <br />services or at any time as required by the City, to discuss and agree on operational issues <br />including transition of services and scheduling. <br />XII. CITY BUSINESS LICENSE <br />The selected proposer shall be required to obtain a City of Santa Ana Business license <br />within thirty (30) days of selection and must provide a copy to the City projects manager or <br />designee prior to commencing any work in Santa Ana. <br />XIII. ADDENDA <br />Any subsequent changes in RFP from the date of preparation to date of submittal will <br />result in an addendum or amendment by the issuing office. Notification of such addendum <br />or amendment shall be effected by posting on City's website, as set forth in the Notice <br />Inviting Proposals. <br />Park Janitorial Maintenance Services RFP 14 -002 <br />Page 6 <br />M KIM <br />
