| e) Remove all stains, dust, litter, debris and otherwise foreign matter on all 
<br />interior surfaces including doors, sills, partitions, floors, walls, ceilings, etc. 
<br />This includes, but not limited to, wads of paper stuck on ceilings, tape, etc. 
<br />f) Empty, clean and sanitize receptacles inside and out. 
<br />g) Sweep and mop entire floor with approved germicidal cleanser /solution. 
<br />Hosing out restrooms is not an acceptable practice. 
<br />h) Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including walls, doors, partitions, door /window 
<br />jambs, vents, light fixtures, ceilings, etc. Tile floors and walls shall be cleaned 
<br />and polished. 
<br />i) Clean, sanitize interior and exterior of washbasins and around all fixtures to 
<br />remove mineral deposits, water spots, dirt, grim, and any other unclean 
<br />condition. Polish all metal fixtures surfaces, inside and out, including but not 
<br />limited to toilets, urinals, plumbing, sinks, flush valves, mounting plates, 
<br />dispensers, nuts, screws, traps, hose bibs, water connections, handrails, 
<br />mirrors, etc. using approved products. 
<br />j) Clean and disinfect benches using approved germicidal cleanser. 
<br />m) Inspect and replace burned out lights at the Contractor's expense inside and 
<br />outside the building using approved products. 
<br />k) Clean and disinfect lockers (inside, outside and tops) using approved 
<br />germicidal cleanser. Throw away any trash found in unlocked lockers or on 
<br />top of lockers. 
<br />1) Clean and sanitize shower walls, fixtures and curtains using approved 
<br />germicidal cleanser. 
<br />m) Pick -up, clean, sanitizes and removes trash and debris, including but not 
<br />limited to feces, urine, paper, within 10' feet of the building in each direction. 
<br />n) Clean exterior of the building free of all foreign materials including paper wads, 
<br />confetti, tape, slap tags, cob webs, dust, etc. 
<br />o) Turn off lights once work is completed. 
<br />2. Weekly Cleaning Schedule — Restrooms, Showers and Locker Rooms 
<br />a) Polish all tiles surfaces using approved product to achieve a high quality 
<br />appearance. 
<br />b) Inspect shower curtains. If curtains are worn, the Contractor shall replace 
<br />them at his own expense with a shower curtain product acceptable to the 
<br />City's Representative.
