Cash -back is deposited into employee's deferred
compensation account until maximum is reached.
• Cash -Back Dental: $110 per month if dental insurance is waived due to coverage
elsewhere
Currently, some represented management bargaining units receive these benefits, which are
instrumental in attracting and retaining employees in key leadership positions. The extension of
this benefit package to Executive Managers will improve the City's ability to attract and retain
employees who provide overall management of City departments and agencies, as well as
incentivize lower -level managers to promote to executive management positions.
55A -1
