The structure is topped with a steeply pitched roof that is typical of English <br />and Tudor Revival styles. Two gables face the street, with the southernmost gable taller than the other. Both gables have a <br />rolled edge and the front porch has a dog -eared opening leading to the heavy wood front door. The eaves are narrow. Three <br />casement windows face the front, along with a chimney sheathed in stucco like the rest of the home's exterior finish. The <br />front yard is well manicured and contains a path leading from the right -of -way to the front entry. The front yard is surrounded <br />by a wood picket fence.
