Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Cor- emission Application No. 2011 -02 and Historic Register Categorization No. 2011 -02. Request of Applicant This request is for two structures to be designated to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties (Exhibit 1). The applicants are the homeowners: Tam Tran at 2346 N. North Park Boulevard; and Nicola Fleming at 2109 North Heliotrope Drive. Proiect Location and Site Description Tam Tran's property at 2346 N. North Park Boulevard is located on the south side of the street, between Benton Way and Santa Clara Avenue, and is a 9,100 square foot residential lot. It is developed with a 2,460 square foot home and a detached two car garage. Nicola Fleming's property is located on the east side of Heliotrope Drive and is an 11,700 square foot residential lot. It is developed with a 2,953 square foot residence and has a detached two car garage with a permitted studio. There is also a pool on the lot. Proiect Background This project entails applying the selection criteria established in Chapter 30 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Places of Historical and Architectural Significance to determine if these two structures are eligible for historic designation to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties. 1
