This single - family residence is a one and a half story, rectangular plan, Craftsman bungalow sheathed in narrow clapboard siding. The low pitched, side - gabled roof is trimmed by bargeboards with notched ends and features exposed rafter tails and carved knee braces in the overhanging eaves_ The eastern facing front fagade includes an attached porch supported by Doric columns, and the porch beam is punctuated with a beltcourse with detailed entablature. The columns sit directly on the solid porch rail clad in the some narrow clapboard. Fenestration on the fagade consists of a pair of tripartite windows with fixed middle and two single hung windows straddling each, and topped with a transom window with diamond patterned muntins. The front door is 8- paneled and simple wood. The front facing gable is also punctuated by a tripartite window with a fixed window in center with casement on either side. All windows are wood trimmed with wood sills and splayed lintels. The foundation and front porch step supports feature art stone. Alterations include the porch flooring and steps that have been covered with slate tile, as well as the inside of the front porch step supports having been covered with stucco. The property has recently been re- landscaped in a simple and appealing fashion. In spite of these changes, the house is substantially intact. *133b.
