Description: (Describe resource and its major elements. include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries.) <br />Clad in smooth knish stucco, with a cross gabled roof, this Mission /Spanish Colonial Revival is topped with front facing clay <br />barrel tiles and very shallow eaves, and a flat roof to the rear. Although the structure is single story, a one and a half story <br />tower graces the top of the front porch. The tower is also clad in stucco, and expouses a the topped parapet and an attic vent <br />decorated to look like a foil. The front entry is located under this tower, and the spanned entry is marked with rusticated, <br />nonprojecting molding with a slight keystone. The front fagade is dominated by four six foot tall round arched windows. The <br />window surround wraps the two outmost arches ground to top and the tops of each arch with the some rusticated stucco as <br />the tower. Each window is separated by simple Doric graduated columns. Three steps lead to thefront entry and tiled with <br />Mexican clay tiles and bookended by nonoriginal wrought iron handrails. Other windows on the building aresingle hung wood <br />with wood sills and are without tern. A nondescript detached garage sits to the rear of the property.
