E. HISTORIC PRESERVATION PROPERTY AGREEMENT NO. 2010 -09 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana, to execute a historic property preservation <br />agreement with Donald and Joanne Payne for the structure at 2022 North Ross <br />Street (Cotton Mather House). <br />RECOMMENDED MOTION: <br />Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached agreement with Donald and Joanne Payne, <br />property owners, for the structure located at 2022 North Ross Street subject to <br />non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />G. HISTORIC PRESERVATION PROPERTY AGREEMENT NO. 2010 -11 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation <br />agreement with Stephanie Stephens for the structure at 2003 North Ross Street <br />(Frandson House). <br />RECOMMENDED MOTION: <br />Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached agreement with Stephanie Stephens, property <br />owner, for the structure located at 2003 North Ross Street subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />H.
