Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries.) <br />This Spanish Colonial Revival styled residence is single story with a smooth stucco finish, and a front facing gable and a low <br />pitched clay barrel tiled roof. The front facing gable is pierced by six clay tubes for venting, and the attached concrete porch <br />is supported by two 6" x 6" wooden posts. Each post has a broad, but simple, triangular capital. A stuccoed chimney is <br />located on the east side of the residence. The front facing bay is pierced by a tripartite wood window with a fixed center and a <br />narrow casement window on either side. Each casement window has three lights. The window is flanked by nonoriginal <br />wooden shutters, each with a circular metal pull in the center. The front entry door appears original and is located <br />perpendicular to the front bay. It is composed of rectangular, hea vy wood planks with a rectangular window piercing the <br />upper portion. The door window is covered with curving wrought iron. It is hung with heavy metal hinges. A small wood fixed <br />window is immediately left of the entry door. This window is covered with a curvilinear grill which matches that on the front <br />door. The other front facing window is comprised of wood casement windows with three lights. It is also flanked by <br />nonoriginal shutters that match the others. Other windows on the house are single hung wood windows with a simple <br />lambstongue feature. Many of these windows are adorned with awnngs and spear shaped supports. The well -kept yard is <br />landscaped with native California plants, and a Spanish fountain near the front porch.
